The leading shopping and entertainment centre development and management company in the Baltic countries - JSC AKROPOLIS GROUP is engaged in shopping and entertainment centres’, office buildings’ development, management and lease activities in Lithuania and Latvia.

The group has built and developed 5 shopping and entertainment centres in Lithuania & Latvia. AKROPOLIS GROUP currently manages 5 shopping and entertainment centers: AKROPOLIS in Vilnius, Klaipeda and Siauliai, Lithuania as well as AKROPOLE Riga and AKROPOLE Alfa, which was purchased in 2021, in Riga, Latvia.

It is a multifunctional cultural, business, shopping and entertainment district that will be developed in Vilnius, Lithuania. The new, vibrant quarter is planned to be built in Vilkpėdė district, on the site of the former Velga factory. It will become the impetus for the conversion of Vilkpėdė district into an important part of Vilnius.

AKROPOLE Alfa, Riga

 

AKROPOLE Alfa is one of the most popular shopping destinations in Riga. In 2019 AKROPOLE Alfa underwent an extension involving the construction of a three-storey retail building and a multi-storey car park. Following the extension, AKROPOLE Alfa became the biggest shopping centre in Latvia, offering the widest range of products and services, food & beverage, catering and entertainment options for the whole family.
